Benefit Concert

Benefit Concert

On Wednesday, December 1, 2010, the Farha Foundation partnered with One Life to host their first ever concert in support of those fighting against HIV/AIDS in Quebec. In honour of World AIDS Day, notable Quebec artists united at Le National to raise awareness with hundreds of committed advocates. Next concert expected on December 1, 2012.

Outstanding performances from a variety of singers and comedians ignited a fiery spirit among supporters and engendered a real spirit of community. Participating artists included Steeve Diamond, Les GPS, Eddy King, Luc de Larochellière, the Lewis Dave Band, Michael Mooney (who sings the One Life theme song), Omnikrom, Red October and Andrée Watters.

“We are very proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the One Life campaign for the first edition of this event,” said Linda Farha, spokesperson and outgoing Volunteer President of the Farha Foundation. “The audience was thrilled by the performances and the night proved to be truly unforgettable. It was incredible to see so many fans come together for such a great cause.”
